This monofloral honey is virtually exclusively made from the nectar of heather plants. Heather honey is a delicacy with a very characteristic fragrant aroma, colour and consistency. Not only is this a sought-after species specific raw honey for connoisseurs, but it is also exclusive in the way that we do not get heather honey every year. This also means that not every beekeeper has heather honey to sell!
